South Woodham Ferrers, Essex Giclée Art Print
High-quality art print of South Woodham Ferrers in Essex, depicting a view from the town over the River Crouch, which runs just south of the town itself. Part of the Borough of Chelmsford, South Woodham Ferrers is a relatively young town, taking its name from the nearby Woodham Ferrers, a small village which it has now eclipsed. Its town centre was opened in 1981 by the late Queen Elizabeth II, and its parish was created in 1987.
The River Crouch passes close to South Woodham Ferrers, separating it from the town of Hullbridge on the opposite bank. It is a popular spot for yachts and pleasure craft, with both South Woodham Ferrers and Hullbridge having their own yacht club.
This Essex illustration by artist Rob Wisdom is a high-quality Giclée art print on cotton-rich fine art paper.
12x16" art print shown. Cropping and title position (if applicable) may differ slightly on 'A' size art prints.
