Southwold, Suffolk Giclée Art Print
High-quality illustration of Southwold, a charming seaside town on the Suffolk coast - almost adjoining the neighbouring villages of Reydon and Walberswick. A popular seaside resort town, Southwold is perhaps best known for Southwold Lighthouse, which has dominated the town's skyline since its construction in 1890. Standing at 31 metres tall, the lighthouse's lamp can be seen out to 24 nautical miles away. Southwold is also known for its beach (complete with brightly-painted beach huts), its pier (190 metres long), and as the home of Adnams brewery (the town's largest employer).
Depicted in this illustration is a view of St James' Green and the adjoining St James' Terrace, a short way down the road from Southwold Beach. In the foreground one can find Sole Bay Inn, an Adnams pub just a few yards down the road from the brewery where its drinks are made. In the background of this art print is a view out over the North Sea which Southwold Lighthouse overlooks and protects ships travelling upon.
This Suffolk illustration by artist Rob Wisdom is a high-quality Giclée art print on cotton-rich fine art paper.
