The Chevrolet Corvette - or Vette - is one of the most iconic sports cars in automotive history, in production from 1953 to the present day. The third generation Corvette - sometimes referred to as the C3 - ran from 1968 to 1982. The 1982 Collectors Edition depicted in this illustration was the final model of C3, a 2-door coupé with a hatchback rear window.
