B-17 Flying Fortresses Giclée Art Print
Couldn't load pickup availability
Original art print depicting a formation of Boeing B-17 Flying Fortresses from a striking and dramatic angle. The B-17 Flying Fortress was the United States Army Air Forces' iconic heavy bomber of World War 2, and dropped more bombs than any other aircraft during the war.
Flying Fortresses flew from a range of airbases throughout East Anglia, including Thorpe Abbotts (now home to the 100th Bomb Group Memorial Museum) and Ridgewell (we have illustrated Lucky Strike, a Flying Fortress that flew from Ridgewell with the 532nd Bomb Squadron).
This illustration by Rob Wisdom is a high quality Giclée art print on cotton-rich fine art paper.
12x16" art print shown. Cropping and title position (if applicable) may differ slightly on 'A' size art prints.
