Great Bentley, Essex Greeting Card

High quality greeting card of Great Bentley, a rural village in the Tendring district of Essex. Located seven miles from Colchester, Great Bentley sits on the 'Sunshine Coast Line', connecting to Walton-on-the-Naze on one branch, and Clacton-on-Sea on another. 

A picturesque village, Great Bentley has been named 'Essex Village of the Year' on no less than ten occasions, and is home to the second largest village green in England. Also notable is the village church, the Church of St Mary the Virgin. Built in the 11th century and expanded in the 13th century, it boasts the oldest surviving church door in the country.
