Original travel poster of Messing, a small and picturesque village in the Essex countryside near Tiptree. Messing was named Essex's Best Kept Small Village in 2007 and 2008, and Essex Village of the Year in 2018. Depicted in this illustration of Messing is a view down Kelvedon Road towards Messing War Memorial, and beyond to All Saints' Church; a 14th century church that was heavily refurbished in the 1840s, and is now Grade II* listed.
