High quality art print of British actor Sir Roger Moore, inspired by his performances as James Bond between 1973 and 1985.
James Bond, a dashing spy known by the codename 007, is one of the most iconic characters in the history of British cinema. Originally portrayed by Sean Connery, the role has been taken by six actors since 1961.
Roger Moore was the third actor to star as James Bond, successfully replacing Sean Connery after his second stint as Bond. Moore brought his own personality to the role, portraying a more charming Bond with a limitless supply of one-liners and tongue-in-cheek jokes. Moore would appear in seven Bond films, starting with Live and Let Die and ending with A View to a Kill.
Roger Moore had a long and successful career outside of James Bond, starring in films from 1945 to 2014, and his star has adorned the Hollywood Walk of Fame since 2007. Moore dedicated much of his life to charity, being appointed a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador in 1991, and this led to him being knighted in 2003. Moore passed away in 2017 at the age of 89.
This illustration by Rob Wisdom is a high-quality Giclée art print on cotton-rich fine art paper.
