High-quality art print of the Volkswagen Type 2, more commonly known as the VW Camper. One of - if not the most - beloved camper vans of all time, the VW Camper has been a beloved of motorists everywhere ever since its introduction in 1950. Depicted in this illustration is a second generation 'T2' camper, identifiable by its bay window, which replaced the split windscreen of its predecessor. The T2 was produced in Europe from 1967 to 1979, though production continued for decades in South America. Depicted is a 1972 model, which can be distinguished from earlier models by the shape of the rear engine vents and rear wheel arch.
