Original illustration of the Gotha G.IV heavy bomber, as used by the German Luftstreitkräfte during the First World War. Production of the G.IV began in 1916, with its introduction to service in March 1917. It was operated through to the end of the war, at which point all surviving examples were destroyed - save one, which had been captured by the Polish and went on to be used during the Polish-Soviet War.
This aviation illustration by artist Ken Wisdom is a high quality Giclée art print on cotton-rich fine art paper.
