Original illustration of a Handley Page O/400, a British biplane bomber of the First World War. Introduced in 1916 to meet the Royal Navy's request for a "bloody paralyser of an aircraft," the Handley Page Type O (of which the O/400 was a variant, introduced in 1918) was one of the largest aircraft ever built. It was operated by both the Royal Naval Air Service, and the Royal Flying Corps (and its successor the Royal Air Force).
This aviation illustration by artist Ken Wisdom is a high quality Giclée art print on cotton-rich fine art paper.
