Tolleshunt D'Arcy, Essex

High-quality travel poster depicting the village of Tolleshunt D'Arcy in Essex, near Goldhanger and Tollesbury on the north side of the Blackwater Estuary. From 1904 to 1962, trains on the Kelvedon to Tollesbury Light Railway stopped at Tolleshunt D'Arcy railway station, now long since demolished.

Shown in this artwork is a view towards the village's iconic Maypole and the two may-trees that enshroud it, and past that, to the cosy Queen's Head pub.
